Patient Experience Call Handler
Patient Experience Call Handlers (PECHs) manage all incoming calls to the Practice and our system online messaging service. All PECHs have care navigation training to enable them to assist patients efficiently, signposting to the right healthcare professional or service to help meet the needs of our patients. This may be someone in our practice like a pharmacist, nurse or GP or it could be to any of our online service such as Doctorlink or Systm Online or to a local service such as NHS 111, IAPT or a local Pharmacy.
Receptionists
Patford House Partnership has three GP Practice Receptions and our Reception team work across Patford House Surgery, Beversbrook Medical Centre and Sutton Benger Surgery, providing front of house services. Welcoming visitors and patients attending PHP practices and dealing with enquiries, Receptionists can help to book follow up appointments, assist patients in accessing our online services and register new patients to the Surgery. Our Reception team also manage incoming e-mails and the scanning of incoming mail.

We have an ethos of training and development here at Patford House Partnership, from our clinical to our admin and management team, we have a wide range of apprenticeships available for many different job roles. From customer care, business admin and leadership to management and HR degree apprenticeships these roles are opportunities for our employees to expand their career horizons, gain on the job qualifications and have protected learning time to develop within their current role and beyond. Our Apprentices are encouraged to find their future career pathway with the opportunity to extend their scope of competency beyond their current job description.
