Systm Online for Patients

Please enter your Username and Password when prompted.  You can change your password to a more memorable password after your first log-on.

Forgotten or Lost Username and Password

Username and Passwords are specific for each patient and it is important not to share these details with anyone else in order to protect your own confidentiality.  If you have lost your details please contact Reception immediately to inform us and we will issue you a new password to prevent anyone from accessing your details fraudulently.

If you have forgotten your username or password please contact Reception who can re-set your details.  Please note that these will be sent to you in the post and we cannot give new details over the telephone.

Existing Emis Online Patients

If you were previously registered for Emis On-line you do not need to re-register for Systm Online. You can still use your previous details to log in however your username will be different.

Your new username will consist of your previous Emis On-line/Patient online unique ID which is usually a four or five digit number (i.e 6347) followed by an underscore key followed by the Emis Online Practice ID number (2222).  So therefore your new username will be 6347_2222.  Your password will remain the same as beforehand.

Please note the underscore character can be found by pressing the shift button and the minus button (located next to the number 8 on your keyboard) at the same time.

If you have any problems please speak to Reception who will be able to help you further.
