Additional Patient Services

Here at Beversbrook Medical Centre we endeavour to cater for all your patient needs to ensure that your visit to the surgery is a pleasant one.  Some of our patients may require additional assistance and the below lists some extra services which may be of help.

Disabled Access

The practice premises at Beversbrook have been purpose built with access facilities for the physically disabled. This includes allocated car parking, ramp access and toilets for the disabled.  If you require any further information about the facilities we can offer to wheelchair users please e-mail reception or call 01249 816366 and ask to speak to the Practice Manager.

Help for Patients who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

For our patients who use a hearing aid, the Surgery provides a hearing aid loop (AVXloop) in our Reception area.  We are also able to provide a sign language service during consultation via a computerised link with an on-line sign language interpereter.  Please speak to your GP for more information.
