Making an Appointment
Your health is important to us and we recognise that continuity of care is crucial to supporting this. We like to ensure that you get to see a doctor of your choice at a time to suit you and our Reception team are on hand to inform you of appointment availability and to book your consultation accordingly. Most routine appointments can be made up to three months in advance.
Appointments can be made face to face with our Receptionists in the Practice, over the phone by calling 01249 821831 or by request through our online form.
Check your Symptoms
Why not check your symptoms before coming to see us using our DoctorLink symptom checker here. Doctorlink is a new online solution created and managed by a team of healthcare professionals. Patients can check symptoms to find out what care is most appropriate to meet their healthcare needs and a summary is also sent to us here at Beversbrook to add to your medical records and to also help us to ensure you get the best possible care. As the program is a trial we are very keen to hear your comments about how the system works - good or bad.
Patient Access - Easier Appointment Management
Patients can view clinic availablility through our live real-time appointment system by registering for Patient Access. This service enables you to make or cancel appointments and is linked straight into our clinical appointments system. For more information on how to access this service and to register for your personal log-in please e-mail Reception at firstname.lastname@example.org
Patients who are registered for Patient Access (formerly Emis Access) can log in here
Please note that our system has recently changed from Emis Access and you will be required to log on with the new link above. Existing users will be asked for a new password but can use the same user name as before. Please see Reception if you require any further assistance.
