The team at Beversbrook Medical Centre are committed to ensuring all our patients have easy access to good quality healthcare.  We have a range of services designed to make life easier for you from booking an appointment with a doctor of your choice to arranging for your medication to be picked up at your local pharmacy.

Making an Appointment

Whether you prefer speaking to someone on the phone, using a computer or speaking to our Receptionists in person, making an appointment at Beversbrook is simple.  You can even cut out the middle man and view and book our appointments live on-line with our Patient Access system.  See  Making an Appointment for further information. 

 

Ordering Repeat Medication

To make it easy for patients to order their repeat medication we provide several convenient methods.  However, for safety, we regret we cannot accept verbal requests.  Patients are advised to allow two working days for medication requests to be processed and are required to attend regular medication reviews when prompted.  For more information of how to order your repeat medication see Ordering Medication

 

If you require emergency medication including emergency contraception please ask to speak with your GP.  

 

Services for Patients with Special Requirements

Some patients require additional support in order to make the visit to the Practice worthwhile and we understand that it can be daunting coming to see your doctor if you have special requirements.  Beversbrook Medical Centre endeavour to cater for all our patients needs and here is where you can find out more information about how we can help you get the most from your visit to the Surgery.
