We really care about your rights to privacy here at Beversbrook Medical Centre and in line with new General Data Protection Regulations we have issued our Privacy Notice which can be viewed
Our CQC inspection report is now available to view here. CQC suggested some improvements when
they visited in 2016 and if there is one thing we here at Beversbrook like its the opportunity to improve our services to make sure we can provide our patients with the best level of care
possible. We took on board the suggestions from CQC and implemented an improvement plan. We were re-inspected this year and are pleased to say the Inspector felt we had made the necessary
improvements they requested. We have been re-rated as GOOD. If you have any other suggestions on how we can improve our services or questions regarding the CQC report please e-mail our

Following on from feedback gained through our patient survey we are pleased to say that we can now handle more incoming calls on our main
number, 01249 821831. We hope that this will make it easier for our patients to contact us via the telephone. We look forward to hearing from you!
